In the midst of good news that doctors have successfully erradicated Michael Douglas’ tumor form Stage IV throat cancer, his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder. In going public with her diagnosis, the actress hopes to destigmatize the illness and help others who are affected by similar disorders. So far Catherine is taking a new course of medication and seems to be responding well to her treatment.
